KINPENは、旅行先やお出かけ先の近くで生活している人に安心・安全に相談できるチャットサービスです。また、自分の街を世界中の人に紹介することも可能です。性別、年代、案内内容等から近くの人を探せ、連絡先の交換不要なので安心決済で相談できます。
住んでいる人が、その場所を一番知っている
KINPENは、自分の住んでいる地域を紹介したい人と、その場所へ行きたい人、両方がチャットで繋がるアプリです。
自分の住む地域を紹介したい人は、地域の魅力を存分に伝える事ができます。写真と文章でSNSのように投稿も可能です。観光名所の風景や、その土地の人しか食べない郷土料理も、視覚的に伝えられます。過疎化が進む地方などで上手く使えば地域おこしとなり、世界中の人を呼び込めるきっかけになるかも知れません。
これからその場所へ行きたい人は、チャットで「その地域の名所を知りたい」「美味しいレストランはどこ？」といった質問もできますし、引っ越し予定であれば「住み心地」や「安全性」を確認する利用方法もあるでしょう。
ただしチャットを利用するとゲストサービス料（日本では50円が最低金額）が発生します。簡潔に質問をまとめてからチャットを利用すると良いでしょう。

3食べ物から観光地、お勧めの国など様々なジャンルの投稿があるので、見ていてとても楽しいです。インストールして日が浅いので、これからも開いて使ってみるつもりです。
「バリアフリー」のタグも最初から用意してあるので、普及して多くの方が投稿するようになればよりお出かけに便利なアプリになると思います。
しかし、英語表記の投稿もありますが、全て日本の方が記入されている気がします。
行ってよかった場所やお勧めのお店を紹介するアプリなのでそれでも良いのですが、地元の人がお勧めする、地元民ならでは！の投稿も国内外問わず投稿して欲しいです。
また、検索したい地域を一度入力すると前の画面(投稿者全員の投稿が一列に表示される画面)に戻らないので、一度アプリを落とさなければならなかったりします。
